胶黏剂中异佛尔酮的气相色谱法测定

The Determination of Isophorone in Adhesives by Gas Chromatography

探讨了胶黏剂中异佛尔酮含量的气相色谱测定法,选用OV-1701毛细管柱(柱温160℃),在经优化的色谱条件下,样品能得到良好的分离,并以十四烷为内标进行内标法定量.该方法精密度高(相对标准偏差3.25%),加标回收率在89.8%~101.5%之间,操作简单,准确可靠,可用于胶黏剂中异佛尔酮的日常检测.

A method of gas chromatography(GC)is developed for the determination of isophorone in Adhesives.After optimization of chromatographic conditions,the compounds of the sample are separated well by OV-1701 capillary column(column temperature 160℃)and are determined using the internal standard method(tetradecane as internal standard compound).The established method is simple and has high precision(RSD was 3.25%).The recoveries of added standard are 89.8%~101.5%.This method can be used for routine testing of isophorone in adhesives.
