花状氧化锌薄膜的制备及场发射特性 被引量:1

Preparation and Field Emission Properties of Flower-like ZnO Film

摘要 用水热法以醋酸锌和氨水为原料制备花状氧化锌薄膜.SEM显示样品为带花蕾的多瓣型形貌,XRD测试样品为高纯度的六角纤锌矿结构.研究表明,水热法直接合成的花状纳米氧化锌具有良好的场发射特性和稳定性,可作为场发射冷光源阴极材料. Flower-like ZnO material is synthesized using esterification between Zinc acetate and Ammonia water.SEM test reveals that the morphology of samples is a bud with petals whereas using XRD test,the sample is a hexagonal wurtzite structure with high purity zinc oxide.The findings indicate that the hydrothermal method preparation pyramidal meter zinc oxide has good field emission performance and stability,and Flower-like zinc oxide is a good field emission cold cathode material.
