摘要
以NY/T761—2008为检验依据,通过选择乙腈作提取剂,弗罗里硅土柱作层析柱,石油醚—乙酸乙酯(9∶1)的混合溶液作淋洗液,正己烷作定容试剂来实现菊酯类农药残留前处理条件的优化.结果表明,采用优化的前处理条件所得3种菊酯类农药标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数在0.998 3~0.999 2之间,三唑酮、联苯菊酯和三氟氯氰菊酯的回收率分别为78.5%和86.7%和85.0%,符合国标要求.
In accordance to the NY/T761—2008,pretreatment conditions in pyrethroid pesticide detection are optimized by selecting acetonitrile as the extraction agent,florisil column as the chromatography column,mixed solution of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate(9∶1)as the eluent,and hexane as the reagent with constant volume.The experimental results show that using optimized pretreatment conditions can obtain good linear relationships of the three kinds of pyrethroid pesticide standard curves.The correlation coefficients are within 0.998 3—0.999 2,and recovery rates of 78.5%,86.7%,and85.0% are achieved for triadimefon,bifenthrin,and cyhalothrin,respectively,which meet the GB requirements.
