本科院校复合型服务外包人才培养的探索

Exploration on Interdisciplinary Outsourcing Talents Training in Undergraduate Colleges

文章分析我国承接离岸外包存在的制约因素,剖析我国服务外包人才培养的现状.以浙江树人大学复合型服务外包人才培养为例,提出我国本科院校复合型中高端服务外包人才的培养路径:实施校企全程融入的教学模式、构建阶梯式的综合实践体系、建设国际化的双师型教师队伍、搭建不断线的英语学习平台、培养学生多元文化理念和提高综合能力等.

This paper analyzes the constraints for Chinese companies to undertake offshore outsourcing,and discusses the current situation of outsourcing talents training in China.Taking the case of outsourcing talents training in Zhejiang Shuren University as an example,it proposes the cultivation paths for training interdisciplinary high-end outsourcing talents in Chinese undergraduate colleges:implementing integrated universities-enterprises teaching models,establishing step-wise comprehensive practical systems,developing internationalized teaching teams,constructing continuous English learning platform,cultivating students'multi-culture philosophy and improving their comprehensive abilities.
