Literature Review on “Trust in Library” in China for the Past 30 Years

对国内有关图书馆信任研究的期刊论文关键词进行词频统计及可视化知识图谱分析,发现"高校图书馆""图书馆联盟""读者服务""以人为本"等是该领域研究重点;图书馆信任研究经历了从依附于公共关系学研究,到形成独立的研究主题,再到初步形成自己理论的发展过程;信任的主体从公共图书馆研究转向高校图书馆研究,再转到图书馆联盟研究.

Through the analysis of the frequency statistics of the keywords in the journal papers and visualization knowledge maps in the field of'trust in library',it found that'university library','library association','reader service',and'people-oriented'are the main research focuses in the field.Research in 'trust in library'has experienced the development process of from being dependent on public relations research,to having independent research topic and gradually forming its own theory.The main research subject has moved from trust in public libraries to university libraries,and then transferred to the library associations.
