摘要
自密实混凝土在浇筑过程中无须振捣,仅依靠自重就能填充密实,满足不方便振捣工程的施工要求.文章研究养护方式对自密实混凝土性能的影响,采取施工中的五种养护方式:自然养护、标准养护、薄膜养护、麻袋养护和麻袋加薄膜养护,对不同养护方式下的试块进行相应的抗压强度、碳化深度和收缩值的检测,计算并分析不同养护方式下的自密实混凝土性能.试验结果表明:麻袋加薄膜养护是自密实混凝土最为理想的一种养护方式.
Relying on gravity self-compacting concrete can fill compaction without vibration during casting to satisfy the requirement of inconvenient vibrating engineering construction.Experimental study and simulation analysis on the properties of self-compacting concrete under different conservation methods such as natural conservation,standard conservation,filming conservation,sacks conservation,filming and sacks conservation are carried out.The influence of conservation method on self-compacting concrete working performance,strength,carbonization and shrinkage is studied,The results show that filming and sacks conservation are the most ideal conservation methods.
