摘要
在"酿造学"课程教学中进行"任务驱动式翻转课堂—量化评价"教学法尝试.结果表明:实施该教学法,不仅使学生的课程成绩评定有据可依,而且可激发学生的学习主动性,使学生拥有主体参与和主体发展机会,促进学生的个性发展,同时也提高课程教学满意度.
In the experiment teaching of brewing science,biological engineering industrial microorganism direction are evaluated by the method of task driven flipped classroom-quantitative evaluation.The results show that the task driven flipped classroom-quantitative evaluation not only ensures evidence-based student course grade evaluation,but also stimulates studentslearning initiatives and enables the students to have subject participation and development opportunity.It also promotes the development of studentspersonality and improves teaching satisfaction.
