摘要
"食品添加剂"是一门应用性、实践性、规范性的课程,其教学目的旨在为学生正确认识、应用、监管食品添加剂提供基础知识.为提高课程教学质量,提升学生实际应用能力和创新能力,文章基于课程性质和行业需求的分析,以"产业服务"为总体目标,从教学内容、教学模式、教学手段等方面,进行教学改革的探讨和研究.
Food additives course is an applied,practical and normative course,whose teaching purpose is to provide the basis for the correct understanding,use and supervision of food additives.In order to improve the teaching quality of this course,its teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching means are reformed according to the course characteristics and social needs,which has achieved good effects.
