摘要
以地参多糖得率为指标,采用苯酚-硫酸法定量多糖含量,通过单因素实验和正交实验考察料水比、水浴温度、提取时间、提取次数等因素对地参多糖得率的影响.结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:料水比1∶300,提取温度100℃,提取时间1.5h,提取3次,该条件下地参多糖的得率为3.64%.
Taking the yield of polysaccharide fromLycopus lucidus as the index,this paper applies the phenol-sulfuric acid method to evaluate the polysaccharide content,and uses the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment to investigate the effort of solvent to water ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,and numbers of extraction on polysaccharide yield fromLycopus lucidus.The results show that the optimum conditions are:liquid ratio of 1∶300,extraction temperature of 100℃,extraction time of 1.5h,and 3extractions.In the best extraction conditions,the yield of polysaccharide fromLycopus lucidus is 3.64%.
