Synthesis of TiO_2/Fe_3O_4 Complex and its Application in Photocatalytic Degradation

摘要 以尿素作共沉淀剂使硫酸氧钛溶液和Fe_3O_4共同沉淀制备TiO_2/Fe_3O_4复合型光催化剂.比较不同条件下制备的复合物对罗丹明B的光降解效果.结果表明:20mL硫酸氧钛溶液,10g尿素,2.0g Fe_3O_4,得到铁含量为44.45%,TiO_2∶Fe_3O_4=1∶1.6(质量比)的催化剂催化性能较好.扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱和比表面分析表明:TiO_2在Fe_3O_4颗粒表面形成很好的包覆层.TiO_2/Fe_3O_4催化剂的光催化降解活性较好,光照时间60min,可使罗丹明B的降解率达95.02%. Preparation of TiO_2/Fe_3O_4 composite photocatalyst by co-precipitation of titanyl sulfate solution and Fe_3O_4 with urea as co-precipitation agent.The effect of the composite prepared under different conditions on the photodegradation of Luo Danming B was compared.The results showed that the catalytic performance of the catalyst was better than that of20 mL sulfuric acid titanium solution,which was obtained by the addition of 2.0g Fe_3O_4 content with 10 g of the mass ratio of TiO_2 to Fe_3O_4(=1∶1.6).Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(IR)and specific surface(BET)analysis showed that TiO_2 formed a good coating on the surface of Fe_3O_4 particles.The photocatalytic activity of TiO_2/Fe_3O_4 catalyst was better,with 60-minute illumination time,and the degradation rate of TiO2/Fe3O4 for Luo Danming B was up to 95.02%.
