超声波辅助萃取杭白菊黄酮的工艺研究

摘要 超声波辅助萃取杭白菊黄酮并确定提取的最佳工艺条件.采用单因素和正交实验,以杭白菊黄酮提取率为指标,系统考察超声温度、时间、次数、乙醇浓度、固液比、功率等因素对黄酮提取效率的影响.最佳工艺条件为:温度40℃、固液比1∶50、功率95 W、乙醇浓度70%、时间30min,超声提取3次,总提取率达10.77%.超声波辅助萃取法具有时间短、温度低、效率高等优点. Ultrasonic-assisted extraction was used to optimize the extraction of flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium.Using single factor experiment and orthogonal array design,and the extraction rate of flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium as the index,the impact of the processing conditions in terms of ultrasonic temperature,time and frequency,ethanol concentration,solid to liquid ratio and ultrasonic power,on extraction efficiency was studied.The optimum extracting parameters were established as temperature of 40℃,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶50,power of 95 W,ethanol concentration of 70%,30 min,three times ultrasonic extraction,resulting the total extraction rate of 10.77%.Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids has the advantages of short time,low temperature and high efficiency.
