According to the characteristics of the curriculum and teaching object of the software outsourcing course,the Gagne learning theory is used to divide the teaching of the module to four stages of teaching preparation,knowledge transfer,knowledge enhancement,knowledge keeping and transfer.The objectives,ideas,and the specific measures and methods at each stage of the teaching are described in detail.In addition,it emphasizes studentsinitiatives and through the analysis of studentsstudy,it divides students into different group to conduct targeted individualized teaching activities at different stages to achieve good teaching results.
