加涅理论在“软件外包”课程教学中的实践

摘要 结合软件外包课程及授课对象的特点,运用加涅学习理论将软件外包课程教学过程划分为教学准备、知识传授、知识强化和保持迁移等四个主要阶段,详细阐述各阶段的教学目标、思路以及具体措施和方法.同时,强调学生的主体能动性,通过学情分析将学生分类,并在各阶段开展针对性的个性化教学活动,从而取得良好的教学效果. According to the characteristics of the curriculum and teaching object of the software outsourcing course,the Gagne learning theory is used to divide the teaching of the module to four stages of teaching preparation,knowledge transfer,knowledge enhancement,knowledge keeping and transfer.The objectives,ideas,and the specific measures and methods at each stage of the teaching are described in detail.In addition,it emphasizes studentsinitiatives and through the analysis of studentsstudy,it divides students into different group to conduct targeted individualized teaching activities at different stages to achieve good teaching results.
