“教学-科研”协同发展理念下应用型本科高校教研室管理体系构建

Construction of Teaching and Research Group Management System in Application-oriented College under the “Teaching-Research” Cooperative Development Concept

在文献梳理基础上,论述"教学-科研"协同发展理念下高校教研室管理体系构建的理论依据,包括"教学-科研"协同的理论基础和理论内涵,高校教师与教研室的"教学-科研"协同过程.应用型本科高校教研室管理体系构建包括专业课程体系建设和研究领域建设两个核心内容,组织建设、制度建设和文化建设三个运行支撑.该教研室管理体系的构建,有助于实现高校教师的"教学-科研"协同发展,有助于高校基层组织教研室功能的回归和重建,也符合应用型本科高校的发展定位.

Based on literature review,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of constructing college teaching and research group management system under the concept of 'teaching-research'cooperative development,including its collaborative theoretical basis and content,and the'teaching-research'collaborative process between teachers and teaching and research groups.The construction of the management system in application-oriented colleges includes two core concepts of professional curriculum system construction and research field construction,and three operational support of organizational construction,system construction and cultural construction.The construction of the management system can help to realize the coordinated development of college teachers' teaching and research,contribute to the regression and reconstruction of the functions of the grass-roots group in colleges,and conform to the development orientation of the application-oriented colleges.
