摘要
园林废弃物具有丰富的色素资源,是开发天然染料的良好材料.文章对杜英叶、枫叶、红花檵木叶三种园林废弃物的色素提取条件及其对不同织物的染色性能进行研究.结果表明:杜英叶色素对麻、棉染色效果较好,Fe^(2+)媒染时麻织物呈亮黑色,Cu^(2+)媒染时麻织物呈卡其色、棉织物呈灰色;枫叶色素对麻染色效果较好,Fe^(2+)媒染时麻织物呈深灰色,Cu^(2+)媒染时麻织物呈绿色;红花檵木叶对麻染色效果较好,Fe^(2+)媒染时麻织物呈黑色.各媒染染色织物日晒牢度、水洗与皂洗牢度均良好.
Garden waste has rich resources of pigment,and is a good material to develop natural dyes.This paper studies the pigment extraction conditions of three types of garden wastes i.e.,the leafs of Elaeocarpus decipiens Hemsl,Atropurpureumand Loropetalum chinense var rubrum,respectively,and their dyeing property in different fabrics.Results show that the dyeing effect of Elaeocarpus decipiens Hemsl pigment on bast and cotton fabrics is better.Mordant using Fe^(2+) on bast fabric appears gloss black and mordant using Cu^(2+) on bast and cotton fabrics appear khaki and gray,respectively.Atropurpureumhas great pigment dyeing effect on bast fabric.Mordant using Fe^(2+) on bast fabric appears charcoal grey,whereas mordant by using Cu^(2+) appears green;Atropurpureum and Loropetalum chinense var rubrum has great pigment dyeing effect on bast fabric,and mordant by using Fe^(2+) on bast fabric appears black.The above all have good fastness in solarizing,washing and soaping test.
