摘要
将基于Web的电子就业市场综合服务平台与多Agent技术有机融合,重构大学生就业服务网,建立智能就业模型和运行架构.研究基于语义的信息搜索、智能化推荐服务、策略驱动的协商及规范调控机制等关键技术,促进求职和招聘过程,综合提高就业服务的水平.
In this paper,multi-agent technologies are integrated into a web-based electronic employment service platform to reconstruct college graduate employment service network,and establish an intelligent employment model and an operation architecture.Critical technologies,including semantic-based information retrieval technologies,intelligent recommendation services and policy-driven negotiation and Norm-Governed mechanisms,are investigated to promote job-hunting and recruitment process,and to improve the overall level of employment services.
