摘要 翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式,在教学中得到广泛应用.翻转课堂的实施带来新的教学变革,体现以生为本的理念.文章针对高职院校翻转课堂实施过程中存在的学生课前自主学习效果不理想、课堂互动积极性不高、对信息反馈重视不够导致的教学效果不理想的问题,提出一种基于多元化反馈机制的翻转课堂教学设计优化方法,通过课程单元优化和课程阶段优化,提高学生学习积极性及教师课堂驾驭能力.并以"会计英语"为例进行实践,从知识掌握度、学习参与度和课程满意度三项指标验证此优化方法的有效性和可行性. As a new type of teaching mode,the flipped classroom has been widely used.The implementation of the flipped classroom brings new teaching changes,reflecting the student-oriented teaching idea.However,the implementation of the flipped classroom in vocational colleges is not satisfactory which is caused by the studentspoor self-study learning result,insufficient enthusiasm of classroom interaction and insufficient attention to information feedback.Aiming at this problem,a teaching design optimization method for flipped classroom based on diversified feedback mechanism is proposed.Through the optimization of the curriculum unit and the curriculum stage,the learning enthusiasm of students and the control ability of teacher are improved.Finally,the"Accounting English"is taken as a practical case,and the validity and feasibility of the optimization method are verified by knowledge degree,learning participation and curriculum satisfaction.
