高校学生事务中心网上服务平台构建:微信公众号为例

Research on the Construction of Online Student Service Center:Taking WeChat Official Account as an Example

各高校学生事务中心多以实体大厅形式存在,而在实际运行过程中,实体大厅由于受到时间和空间的限制,并不能满足学生的多方面需求.学生事务中心网上服务平台的构建,可以在很大程度上弥补实体大厅的不足,且更易为学生接受.文章以微信公众号为例,研究学生事务中心"全方位育人"网上服务平台所必须具备的模块和服务,提出最佳方案.

Colleges and universities have established student service centers and most of the student service centers exist in the form of physical halls.However,limited by time and space,physical hall based student service centers cannot fully meet students' various needs.The construction of online service platform of student service center can make up for the shortage of physical service halls,and can be more acceptable to students.This paper takes WeChat Official Accounts of Student Service Center as an example to study the necessary modules and services provided by all-round education online service platform,and proposes the best solution.
