摘要
植物精油对果蔬具有良好的防腐保鲜作用.文章以"徐香"猕猴桃为材料,研究不同用量茶树精油缓释剂对猕猴桃采后品质的影响.实验表明,茶树精油缓释剂可以有效延缓猕猴桃成熟衰老、抑制果实软化、降低腐烂率、延缓果实维生素C含量及抗氧化能力的下降;3 g/L茶树精油缓释剂用量最有利于猕猴桃果实采后贮藏保鲜.研究可为猕猴桃果实采后贮藏保鲜提供理论与技术支持.
Plant essential oil has good preservative effect on fruits and vegetables.The effect of the quantity of tea tree essential oil corrosion inhibitor on the quality of'Xuxiang'kiwifruit after harvest is studied.The results show that tea tree essential oil corrosion inhibitor can effectively delay the ripening and ageing of kiwifruit,inhibit fruit softening,reduce fruit delay rate,delay the decrease rate of vitamin C and antioxidant capacity.3g/L tea tree essential oil corrosion inhibitor benefits the most for the storage of kiwifruit after harvest.This study provides theoretical and technical support for the storage and preservation of kiwifruit after harvest.
