档案开放利用的信息伦理建设研究

Research on Construction of Information Ethics of Open Use of Archives

信息技术发展迅速,但由于信息化法律体系建设滞后、道德约束不严等原因,在信息公开环境下出现了档案信息失真、侵犯隐私权、知识产权等问题.文章围绕档案信息开放利用中所涉及的信息伦理问题进行分析研究,提出开放利用条件下档案信息伦理基本原则和解决档案信息伦理失范问题的有效路径.

With the rapid development of information technology,and the lagging construction of information legal system and the lack of strict moral restrictions,there exist problems under the freedom of information environment,such as distortion of archive information,invasion of privacy and violation of intellectual property rights.This paper elaborates on the information ethics issues involved in the opening and utilization of archives information,and proposes the basic principles of archive information ethics and the effective path to solve the problem of ethical anomie.
