摘要
甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)是一种重要的有机化工原料.文章介绍工业上以异丁烯为原料生产MMA的过程,利用Aspen软件进行流程模拟,通过Aspen Energy Analyzer能量集成分析、换热合理性分析以及夹点分析技术,选出最优换热网络图,并根据实际情况,对此换热网络进行手动优化,以提高能量的利用,减少公用工程的使用.
Methyl methacrylate(MMA)is an important organic chemical raw material.This paper introduces the design of heat exchange network in the process of industrial production of MMA from isobutene.It includes process simulation using the Aspen software,energy integration analysis through the Aspen Energy Analyzer,and rationality analysis of heat exchange and pinch point analysis technology to select the optimal heat exchanger network diagram.Based on the actual situation,the heat exchange network is optimized manually,so as to improve the energy utilization and reduce the use of utilities.
