摘要
以棠梨籽为原料,对其2种籽油提取工艺进行比较.结果表明,正交实验得溶剂法提取棠梨籽油的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂石油醚,液料比7 mL/g,提取时间3 h,提取温度60℃,棠梨籽油出油率32.66%;微波辅助法提取棠梨籽油的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂石油醚,液料比4 mL/g,间歇微波时间50 s×5,微波功率480 W,棠梨籽油出油率30.96%.微波辅助法提取棠梨籽油的理化性质与溶剂法差异不大.微波辅助法是一种短时高效的提取方法.
Using Pyrus betulaefolia punge seed as raw material,its oil extraction with different methods are studied.The results show that the optimum conditions for solvent extraction are:petroleum ether solvent,extraction temperature 60℃,time 3 h,ratio of raw material to solution 7 mL/g,and the extraction rate is up to 32.66%.The optimum conditions for microwave-assisted extraction are:petroleum ether solvent,microwave power 420 W,intermittent extraction time 50 s,for 5 times,ratio of raw material to solution 4 mL/g,and the extraction rate is up to 30.96%.The differences in physical and chemical properties between using microwave-assisted and solvent methods for extracting Pyrus betulaefolia punge seed oil are small,whereas microwave-assisted extraction is a fast and efficient extraction method.
