论加入WTO后河南职业教育的发展对策

The developing stratagy of Henan vocational education after WTO entry

加入WTO对我国职业教育的影响不仅是多层面、多角度的,而且形成一种机遇和挑战并存的态势.就我省职业教育而言,加入WTO将对我省职业教育的观念、结构、办学体制、专业设置、就业渠道、管理体制等方面产生不同程度的影响.对此,应采取的主要对策有:树立正确的职业教育思想;加快结构调整;构建多元办学体制;调整专业设置;拓宽职校毕业生就业渠道;完善管理体制.

After WTO entry , The opportunity and chanllege exists together. WTO entry will bring great effect on Henan's vocational education, such as the option,structure,system of running school,specialty offered,channel of employment, managerial system and soon. Then the article remarks on some strat-agies:acquiring a correct option of vocational education,speeding up the adjustment of structure,establishing the variety systems of running school,regulating the specialty of offered,openning the channel of employment and improving the managerial system.
