摘要
本文针对我国农村义务教育发展中存在的投入不足难题,从体制上着眼,指出了现行农村义务教育投入体制的六点不足,同时从加大中央政府对农村义务教育投入的责任出发,提出了四点解决目前困境的想法.
Directing at the problem of unenough investment in the development of rural obligating education in our country, the article directs out six weakpoints of the current investment system of rural obligatory education. Meanwhile, for the obligation of enhancing the investment from central government in rural obligatory education, it points out four countermeasures to solve the problem.
