我国农民职业教育供给现状及发展对策

Supplying current state and developing countermeasure of farmer vocational education in China

在当前农村社会发生巨大变迁和新的农民职业教育体系急需创立的背景下,对农民职业教育供给进行研究,无疑具有重要的理论价值和现实意义.本文简要描述我国农民职业教育供给现状,具体分析其存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出树立适应新形势的农民职业教育新理念,形成多层次、协调发展的供给体系,形成与人力资源需求相适应的内容新体系,建立监测评估体系,逐步形成完备的农民职业教育法律体系等建议.

There is important value of theory and reality to research the supplying of farmer vocational education under the background of rural much changing and new system of farmer vocational education to be found at present. The article describes the current state of farmer vocational education supplying in China, analyzes concretely the main problems, and provides some suggestions, such as forming new idea of farmer vocational education to fit new situation, forming various levels and supplying system developed co-ordinately, forming new content system to fit the supplying of human resources, forming supervising and e-valuating system,forming well law system about farmer vocational education gradually.
