针对漳泽发电厂4台苏制锅炉调节受热面、高温过热器和高温再热器12CrlMoV超温变形和爆管泄漏等现象进行了原因分析,并通过运行控制及系统适当改进等手段,有效地抑制了受热面超温泄漏的发生,锅炉运行的安全性大大提高。

It analysis the cause of 12Cr1MoV superheat distortion in control heatabsorbing surface,in intense heat of super heater and reheat,and the apearance of tube rupture and water leakage.Through the method of operating control and the suitable modernization of system,to effectively control the happening of superheat and water leakage on the heatingabsorbing surface and more highly improve the safety of boiler operating.
