漳电3号炉排烟温度偏高原因分析及改进试验研究

Study of Modernization Test and Cause Analysis of Higher Exit Gas Temperature about Unit 3 in Zhangze Power Plant

通过大修中的全面诊断,以及技术分析和理论核算,查清了3号炉排烟温度偏高的原因,针对存在的问题,对空气预热器空气走廊进行了改进,对炉内燃烧进行了优化燃烧调整等工作,使排烟温度下降25℃左右,取得了明显的经济效益。

Through the full diagnostic during overhaul and technique analysis and assumed accounting,we ascertained the cause of higher exit gas temperature.As the existing question,we did performance and modernize the air road of air heater,optimized burner adjustment of boiler burner and then decrease about 25 ℃ of exit gas temperature,and gained obviously economic benefit.
