摘要
结合漳泽发电厂3号机组8号、9号轴径及高中压转子油挡轴径的磨损情况,通过对国内几种常用的轴径修复方法的比选,确定选用脉冲显微熔结技术来修复轴径磨损,修复后机组平稳运行,消除了原设备隐患,对大型发电机组轴径磨损的修复具有较高推广和参考价值。
It is confirmed to select pulse microsintering technology to repair and recovery for the journal wearing based on the wearing condition of oil bearings for HP/IP rotors and No.8&No.9 journals of Unit 3 in Shanxi Zhangze Power Plant and through comparison of several kinds of journal recovery repair methods in China.After recovery,the unit is operating stably and eliminating the hidden equipment defects,which is of high value for reference and extension to the journal wearing recovery for large power generation unit.
