近年来漳泽发电厂3号机在启停及变负荷过程中,汽缸膨胀、收缩常出现跳跃变化,严重影响机组的安全运行。利用3号机组大修,将高压缸拔出,抬升中压缸,抽出前、中箱,检查各滑销,并对前箱、中箱台板进行刮研,对中箱台板加装滑块,对前箱、中箱台板涂膜处理,彻底消除了3号机组汽缸膨胀不畅问题。

There were biger expansion of casing and spring change of contraction in zhangze power plant Unit 3 in recent years.These severely affected the safety and operating of the unit.During the overhaul of unit 3,taking out the HP casing,lifting up IP casing,picking the front and middle casing,checking all the slip pins,scarping the cover plate of the front and middle casing,Assembling the slip plate in the middle casing corner plate.Painting the cover plate of the front and middle casing.At the end,completely eliminating the problem of nonsmooth expansion of unit 3 casing.
