集散控制系统的可靠性设计分析

以德国西门子 TEL EPERM ME(T ME)集散控制系统为例 ,对该系统为提高系统可靠性所采取的措施进行了详细的分析 ,指出了该系统除采取了数据传送的可靠性设计以外 ,还灵活地应用了各种控制策略 ,将闭环控制和各种软保护措施巧妙结合 。

Taking TELEPERMME distributed control sy st em of siemens as example,this paper gives more analysis for the measures taken t o improve the reliability of distributed control system.Besides the reliability design of data transmission in the system,the flexible application of different control strategies,and fine combination of the closed control and different soft ware protection measures are also presented in this paper,which greatly improves the realiability of control system.
