摘要
短期支教是民间或学生团体在社交平台上自发的活动,跟官方发起的长期支教有所区别。短期支教在一定程度上缓解了西部村镇小学师资严重不足的问题,但另一方面由于服务时间短、部分志愿者支教动机不纯、教学缺乏系统性、缺乏传递机制、志愿者水平参差不齐和缺乏与政府的合作等等,致使当地学生的知识构建体系受到影响并引发一系列问题的产生。
Short-term voluntary teaching was appearing on social network organized by grass-root organizations or students these years which is different from the official voluntary teaching program in China. Short-term voluntary teaching, to some extent, helps to make up the lack of teachers in rural areas in west China, but on the other hand, due to various reasons such as the limited service time, complicated ego motivations of some volunteers, unprofessional pedagogy, lack of delivery mechanism, poor levels of volunteers and the lack of collaboration with authorities, lead to the failure of the knowledge construction of students and other series of issues.
