庆大霉素盐水溶液联合湿润烧伤膏治疗淤积性皮炎致皮肤破溃1例报告

One Case Report of Stasis Dermatitis-induced Skin Ulceration Treated with Gentamicin Saline Solution Combined with MEBO

对2018年4月三峡大学附属仁和医院皮肤科收治的1例淤积性皮炎致皮肤破溃患者采用庆大霉素盐水溶液联合湿润烧伤膏治疗局部创面,治疗20 d后,创面明显缩小,患者出院,并于家中自行应用湿润烧伤膏治疗;出院后15 d随访,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤留有淡褐色色素沉着;出院后3个月随访,溃疡未复发。

One patient with a skin ulcer caused by stasis dermatitis, admitted to the Dermatology Department of Affiliated Renhe Hospital of China Three Gorges University in April 2018, was treated with gentamicin saline solution and MEBO. After 20 days of treatment, the wound shrunk significantly in size and the patient was discharged from the hospital to perform self?treatment at home with MEBO. The follow?up on day 15 after discharge showed that the wound was complete?ly healed and light brownish pigmentation could be seen on the healed skin. The three?month follow?up after discharge showed no ulcer relapse.
