遗传性大疱性表皮松解症1例报告

A Case Report of Genetic Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex

对2017年12月南方医科大学皮肤病医院皮肤科收治的1例遗传性大疱性表皮松解症患儿局部皮损创面采用夫西地酸乳膏、复方多粘菌素B乳膏、湿润烧伤膏混合物换药治疗4 d后改为单纯应用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,治疗10 d后,创面明显缩小,患儿出院,并于家中自行应用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗。出院后随访6个月,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤仅留有少许色素沉着,无明显增生性瘢痕形成。

A child patient with genetic epidermolysis bullosa simplex, admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Dermatology Hospital of Southern Medical University in December 2017, was treated with the mixture of fusidic acid cream,compound polymyxin B cream and MEBO. 4 days later, the treatment was changed?only MEBO was applied to treat local skin wounds. After 10 days of treatment, the wounds shrunk significantly in size. The child patient was discharged from the hospital, followed by self?treatment at home with MEBO. The six?month follow?up showed that the wounds were completely healed, a little pigmentation remained but no obvious hyperplastic scar was observed on the healed skin.
