甲苯胺蓝介导的光动力疗法对一种白腐菌的抑制 被引量:2

摘要 木材是我国可持续发展战略的重要部分,木材腐朽是破坏木材质量的主要途径之一,白腐菌是多种木腐菌中破坏木材细胞壁最为严重的。为抑制病原菌,提高木材利用率,利用低毒、低污染的甲苯胺蓝(TB)介导的光动力疗法对白腐菌抑制作用进行研究。通过牛津杯法测试不同浓度的TB(0. 01、0. 02、0. 05 mg/m L)作用于白腐菌时,没有观察到抑菌作用。当采用低功率的630nm激光激发TB时,发现三组浓度光敏剂TB对白腐菌均起到抑制作用,随TB浓度增加抑菌率分别为69.67%、91. 21%、99. 44%。实验结果表明:甲苯胺蓝介导的光动力疗法对白腐菌具有较好的抑菌效果,且光敏剂浓度与其抑菌效果呈现正相关性,体现了良好的木材防腐效果。 As an important part of China’s sustainable development strategy,wood’s quality is mainly destroyed by wood decay.White-rot fungus is the most serious damage to wood cell wall in various wood rot fungi. In this paper,the inhibition of white-rot fungi was studied by using low toxicity and low pollution toluidine blue( TB) mediated photodynamic therapy to inhibit pathogenic bacteria,improve wood utilization. When the different concentrations( 0. 01,0. 02,0. 05 mg/m L) of TB were applied to white-rot fungi by the Oxford Cup method,no bacteriostatic effect was observed. However,when TB was excited by low-power 630 nm laser,it was found that the three groups of photosensitizer TB inhibited white-rot fungi,and the inhibition rates with TB concentration were 69.67%,91. 21%,and 99. 44%,respectively. The experimental results show that toluidine blue-mediated photodynamic therapy has a good antibacterial effect on white-rot fungi,and the concentration of photosensitizer is positively correlated with its antibacterial effect,which reflects the good anti-corrosion effect of wood.
