摘要
为降低太阳热辐射对桥梁混凝土温度效应,提高桥梁混凝土耐久性,使用环氧树脂、热反射隔热功能颜(填)料,在实验室制备白色、红色及灰色三种太阳热反射涂料。采用有限差分法,按一维传导模型对不同颜色涂装混凝土在室外温度环境下进行表面吸收系数反演计算分析,并与未涂装混凝土对比分析研究。结果表明:涂刷白色涂层、红色涂层、灰色涂层的混凝土和未涂装的混凝土的太阳辐射吸收系数分别为0. 22、0. 26、0. 35、0. 55,最大温差依次为:白色9. 8℃、红色7. 8℃,灰色5. 8℃。该结果为太阳热反射防护涂料在桥梁混应用技术的进一步研究与推广提供理论参考。
In order to reduce the temperature effect of solar thermal radiation on bridge concrete and improve the durability of bridge concrete,three kinds of solar heat reflection coatings,white,red and gray,were prepared by using epoxy resin and heat reflection and heat insulation function pigments( fillers). By using finite difference method,the surface absorption coefficient of coagulation with different colors was calculated and analyzed in outdoor temperature environment according to one-dimensional conduction model.The results of comparison with uncoated concrete showed the solar radiation absorption coefficients of white coating,red coating,grey coated concrete and uncoated concrete were 0. 22,0. 26,0. 35 and 0. 55,respectively. The maximum temperature difference was:white 9. 8 ℃,red 7. 8 ℃,gray 5. 8 ℃. It provides a theoretical reference for the further research and popularization of solar thermal reflection protective coatings in bridge mixing application technology.
