基于三角模糊数的公路客运站经营模式选择研究

为选择客运站的最佳经营模式,以期能最大限度满足需要的经营模式,为客运站的经营提供理论依据。在确定目前哈尔滨市的客运站汽车经营模式的情况下,对经营模式进行评价,首先利用层次分析法,完成汽车经营模式指标权重的运算,接着运用三角模糊数综合评价法对企业经营模式的影响因素进行综合性评价。得出在政府投资建设,委托经营的模式、政府投资建设,私人经营的模式、公私合作建设管理模式、私人投资建设经营的模式4种经营模式中,哈尔滨市客运站经营模式的最优选择为公私合营建设管理模式。研究结果为哈尔滨以及其他城市汽车客运站的经营模式提供参考。

In order to select the best business model of the passenger station and maximize the satisfaction of the required business model,a theoretical basis for the operation of the passenger station is provided. In the current situation of determining the passenger transportation mode in Harbin passenger station,the business model is evaluated. Firstly,using the analytic hierarchy process,the calculation of the weight of the indicator of the automobile business model is completed. Then,the comprehensive evaluation method of triangular fuzzy number is used to evaluate the influencing factors of business model. In the four business models of government investment construction,entrusted operation mode,government investment construction,private operation mode,public-private cooperation construction management mode,and private investment construction and operation mode,the optimal choice of Harbin passenger transport station business model is public-private partnership construction management model. The research results provide reference for the business model of Harbin and other city bus passenger stations.
