“一带一路”倡议下山西各市物流业发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Logistics Industry in Shanxi Cities under "the Belt and Road" Initiative

山西虽然没被"一带一路"提名,但是仍然应该抓住机遇以促进山西各市物流业发展.本研究结合"一带一路"倡议,基于山西各市2007-2016年的统计数据,从物流供给实力、物流运作能力、物流信息化水平、物流发展潜力四个方面选取17个指标定量研究了其物流能力的发展.具体运用熵权灰色定权聚类分析各市所属灰类,再利用灰色关联分析法分析其所属该灰类的瓶颈影响因素,最后结合"一带一路"倡议,给出了基于物流能力角度的山西各市物流业发展路径对策.

Although Shanxi has not been nominated by'the Belt and Road'initiative,it should still seize the opportunity to promote the development of logistics industry in Shanxi Provinces.This study combines the'the Belt and Road'initiative,based on statistical data from 2007-2016 in cities in Shanxi,selecting seventeen indicators from four aspects:logistics supply capability,logistics operation capability,logistics informationization level,and logistics development potential to quantitatively study the development of logistics capabilities.Specifically,entropy weight grey fixed weight cluster analysis were used to analyze the grey classes of cities,and then gray related analysis was used to analyze the bottleneck factors that belong to the ash category.Finally,combining'the Belt and Road'initiative,the development strategy of the logistics industry in each city of Shanxi based on the perspective of logistics capacity is given.
