摘要
管线是维系很多设施的命脉,它们的腐蚀问题受到了广泛的重视.工业X射线CT成像技术可以实现对管线的非破坏检测,发现它们的腐蚀状况以及各种缺陷,从而掌握其质量情况和变化规律.本文主要研究了海水管线的CT成像方法,在每个角度都存在数据缺失的情况下,给出了它的CT扫描和重建模型,提出了基于TV约束和加权均值化处理的分组ART迭代算法的重建方法.模拟实验表明该方法可以获得管线横截面的高质量CT图像,为其内部腐蚀参数的计算和腐蚀程度的判断提供了重要依据.
Pipelines are the vital lifeline for many marine facilities,and their corrosion problems are widely concerned.Industrial x-ray CT imaging can discover internal-corrosion conditions and various defects with a non-destructive detection.People can analyze pipeline quality by CT images.In this paper,CT imaging methods for seawater pipeline are given.CT scan and reconstruction models are studied under some missing projection data for each projection angle.An image reconstruction method is developed based on the iterative algorithm under TV constraints and weighting mean normalization.Simulation experiments show that the proposed method can effectively obtain CT images of the pipelines,which provide an important basis for the calculation of some corrosion parameters.
