摘要
配电网作为直接面向用户的关键环节,是目前提高供电系统运行水平的关键环节,对配电网进行风险评估具有重要的现实意义.通过实际调研,综合考虑了配电网风险来源的各个因素,由此构建了配电网风险评估指标体系,包含五个一级指标和十九个二级指标.将熵权法和TOPSIS进行有效结合,建立了配电网风险评估模型,并对L市8家供电公司管辖的配电网进行定量分析,验证了所建立的配电网风险评估指标体系和评估模型的合理性与实用性,分析找出配电网风险来源,为配电网的管理提供参考.
Distribution network is the key link of direct user oriented,which is the key link to improve the operation level of power supply system.It is of great practical significance to assess the risk of distribution network.Through the actual investigation,the various factors of the distribution network risk source are taken into consideration,and the risk assessment index system of the distribution network is constructed,which includes five first level indexes and nineteen two level indexes.The entropy weight method and TOPSIS are effectively combined to establish the distribution network risk assessment model.The quantitative analysis of the distribution network under the jurisdiction of 8 power supply companies in L has been carried out to verify the rationality and practicability of the distribution network risk assessment index system and evaluation model established in this paper,and to find out the source of distribution network risk and to provide the distribution network.The management of the network provides reference.
