摘要
随着职务犯罪案情的复杂变化,对侦查人员的要求也越来越高,为了更好的识别、选拔优秀的侦查人员,建立选拔培训的标准十分必要.对职务犯罪侦查人员胜任特征模型进行了综述,并依据胜任特征的相关理论,结合当前职务犯罪侦查人员工作要求,对职务犯罪侦查人员胜任特征模型进行了构建,并开发了量表工具进行测量.量表数据的分析结果较好的拟合了胜任特征模型,并进一步验证了模型的区分鉴别能力.研究为职务犯罪侦查人员胜任特征的研究提供了理论支撑,此外,研究成果对选拔和培训也具有较强指导意义.
With the complicated changes in the case of duty crimes,the requirements for duty crime investigators are getting higher.In order to identify and select outstanding investigators,it is necessary to establish standards for selection training.This paper summarizes the competency model of duty crime investigators,and based on the theory of competency characteristics,combined with the current job requirements of duty crime investigators,constructs the competency model of duty crime investigators and develops a tool for measurement.The analysis results of the data fit the competency model well,and further verify the distinguishing ability of the model.This study provides theoretical support for the study of the competency characteristics of duty crime investigators.In addition,the results have a strong guiding significance for selection and training.
