广西海洋渔村“三产融合”障碍诊断及应对研究

Research on Diagnosis and Countermeasure of "the Three Industries' Integration" Obstacles in Guangxi Marine Fishing Village

在梳理"三产融合"相关文献的基础上,构建广西海洋渔村"三产融合"发展的指标体系,提出广西海洋渔村"三产融合"综合指数和障碍度等模型.通过分析广西海洋渔村"三产融合"发展现状,计算广西海洋渔村"三产融合"综合指数和障碍度,诊断发现,广西海洋渔村"三产融合"发展的主要障碍为公路客货运周转量、农林牧渔服务业产值、农村用电量、第三产业比重、农民人均纯收入、第二产业产值等五项指标,从而提出完善发展适合当地特色新业态、加强海洋渔村电网建设、提高海洋渔村农民收入、大力发展特色第二产业等应对措施.

On the basis of combing the related literature of'three production integration',this paper constructs the index system for the development of'The Three Industries’Integration'in Guangxi marine fishing village,and puts forward the model of the composite index and obstacle degree of the'The Three Industries’Integration'in the Guangxi fishing village.By analyzing the current situation of'three Industries’Integration'in Guangxi marine fishing village,The Composite index and obstacle degree of'The Three Industries’Integration'in Guangxi marine fishing village was calculated.The diagnosis found that the main obstacles for the development of'The Three Industries’Integration'in Guangxi marine fishing village were the five indexes of highway passenger and freight turnover,agricultural and forestry and herding and fishing service industry output value,rural electricity consumption,third industry proportion,farmers’per capita net income,second industry output value and so on.In order to improve the development of the new local characteristics,strengthen the construction of the marine fishing village power grid,improve the income of the marine fishing village farmers,and vigorously develop the characteristic second industries.
