摘要
分布式能源供给方式对解决能源供需矛盾、环境恶化等问题具有突出作用.为研究其在发电项目中的运用效果,对其进行项目后评价分析.首先,针对分布式能源发电项目的特点,对其建立系统的项目后评价指标体系,并引入物元可拓理论分析法构建综合可拓评价模型,结合AHM法确定了影响分布式能源发电项目后评价各层次指标的权重.然后在此基础上建立了基于AHM-MEET的分布式能源发电项目后评价综合系统.最后通过实例验证了该后评价综合系统的可行性与科学性,丰富了分布式能源发电项目后评价理论.
Distributed energy supply way has prominent effect on solving the contradiction between supply and demand of energy,environmental degradation and other issues,postproject evaluation analysis is carried out in this paper for the study of its application effect in power projects.First of all,according to the characteristics of the distributed projects,we set up systematic post-project evaluation index,and build comprehensive extension evaluation mode through introducing the theory of matter-element extension analysis method,and determine the weight of all levels indicators that has influence on distributed generation postproject evaluation by combining with the AHM method;Then on this basis,comprehensive post-evaluation system of distributed generation project based on Matter-Element Extension theory(MEET)and AHM has been established.Finally through examples we verify the feasibility and scientificity of this comprehensive post-evaluation system,enrich the theory of distributed generation project post-evaluation simultaneously.
