摘要
目的:探讨双孢菇多糖对小鼠失血性贫血的影响。方法:将60只小鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组和双孢菇多糖高、中、低剂量组,每组12只。通过急性失血,建立小鼠贫血模型,24h后开始灌胃给药,分别在失血前、失血24h后、给药4d和8d后测定小鼠的外周血红细胞数、白细胞数和血红蛋白含量。结果:造模使小鼠外周血红细胞数和白细胞数减少,血红蛋白含量降低;双孢菇多糖提取物灌胃处理后,小鼠外周血红细胞数、白细胞数及血红蛋白含量均有不同程度的升高,用双孢菇多糖灌胃4 d后,高剂量组小鼠的血红蛋白含量和红细胞计数与对照组相比有显著差异,明显高于对照组;灌胃8 d后,双孢菇多糖高、中剂量组小鼠的3项指标都恢复正常。结论:双孢菇多糖有明显的促进红细胞生成的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Agaricus bisporus polysaccharide on hemorrhagic anemia in mice. Methods: Sixty mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and high, medium and low doses of Agaricus bisporus polysaccharide, with 12 rats in each group. The mouse anemia model was established by acute blood loss. The rats were intragastrically administered 24 hours later. The peripheral blood red blood cell count, white blood cell count and hemoglobin content of the mice were measured before blood loss, 24 h after blood loss, and 4 d and 8 d after administration. Results: The number of red blood cells and white blood cells in the peripheral blood of mice decreased, and the hemoglobin content decreased. After the administration of Agaricus bisporus polysaccharide extract, the number of red blood cells, white blood cells and hemoglobin in peripheral blood of mice increased to different degrees. After 4 days of intragastric administration of Agaricus bisporus polysaccharide, the hemoglobin content and red blood cell count of the high-dose group were significantly different from those of the control group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. After 8 days of gavage, the three indicators of high-and medium-dose mice of Agaricus bisporus polysaccharides are back to normal. Conclusion: Agaricus bisporus polysaccharide has obvious role in promoting erythropoiesis.
