红枣水提物对糖尿病小鼠血糖的改善作用 被引量:7

Effect of water extracts from jujube on blood glucose in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin

摘要 研究新疆红枣水提物对链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖的改善作用。通过腹腔注射200 mg/kg STZ建立糖尿病小鼠模型,检测不同剂量红枣水提物作用糖尿病小鼠后的体重、血糖、血清胰岛素、SOD活力、GSH-Px活力、MDA含量,采用苏木精-伊红(H&E)染色方法检查肝脏、肾脏和胰腺组织的病理变化,分析红枣水提物对糖尿病小鼠的脏器指数、肝脏抗氧化水平及对肝脏、肾脏和胰腺组织结构的影响。结果表明,红枣水提物能显著降低糖尿病小鼠血糖、促进血清胰岛素分泌、提高糖尿病小鼠抗氧化能力,并且能有效地保护糖尿病小鼠的肝、肾和胰等组织器官的损伤。红枣水提物具有很好的降血糖作用且存在剂量依赖性,高剂量效果最优。 This work studied the effect of water extracts from jujube on blood glucose in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin(STZ). A mouse model of diabetic was established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ into them at a dose of 200 mg/kg, and then investigated the difference effects of water extracts from jujube on the body weight, blood glucose, organ index, serum insulin, antioxidant levels, liver, kidney and pancreas tissue structure of diabetic mice. The results showed that water extracts from jujube could significantly increase the weight, reduce blood glucose levels, promote serum insulin secretion, improve the liver antioxidation level and protection of liver, kidney and pancreatic tissues and organs of diabetic mice. The water extracts from jujube had better hypoglycemic effect in diabetic mice and there is a dosedependent, optimal effect of high doses.
