摘要
目的:建立大米中有机硒和无机硒含量的测定方法。方法:以超纯水为提取剂采用匀浆的方式分离大米中无机硒和有机硒,通过硝酸-高氯酸混合酸体系进行消解。结果:硒的检出限为0.0019μg/L,匀浆法提取无机硒的加标回收率为75.13%~81.02%,RSD为1.34%~4.91%,试验建立的有机硒检测方法测定的有机硒,与目前常用的差减法获得的有机硒含量的比值在97.6%~105.3%之间。结论:该检测方法重复性好、检出限低,适用于大米中无机硒和有机硒的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in rice by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: Inorganic selenium and organic selenium were separated by homogenization method with ultrapure water and digested by nitric acidperchloric acid system. Results: Detection limit of Se was 0.0019 μg/L. Recovery rates of determination in inorganic selenium were 75.13%~81.02% and the relative standard deviations was(RSD) 1.34%~4.91%.Conclusion: The method for the determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in rice were appropriate because of good reproducibility, and low detection limit.
