摘要
以管花肉苁蓉为原料,探究原料粒径、料液比、浸提温度、时间等因素对苯乙醇苷浸提效果,开发苯乙醇苷水溶媒提取技术。经单因素优化及正交试验优化,管花肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷水溶媒提取最佳工艺为:原料粒径>40目,料液比1:15,浸提温度80℃,浸提时间2 h,提取率为(175.9±1.1)mg/g,松果菊苷及毛蕊花糖苷分别占总苯乙醇苷的38.85%、8.78%。研究结果为管花肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷提取降低成本及安全生产提供了参考依据。
In order to develop water solvent extraction technology of phenylethanoid glycoside from Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)R.Wight,the influences of particle size,solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time were been studied.Through single factor optimization and orthogonal test,the optimum extraction condition are mesh number>40,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:15,temperature 80℃,extract for 2 h.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of phenylethanoid glycoside reached(175.9±1.1)mg/g,the content of echinacoside and acteoside are 38.85%and 8.78%respectively.This study provides a theoretic basis for the lowcost and safty production of phenylethanoid glycoside.
