大孔树脂纯化红松松仁膜衣黄酮的抗氧化活性研究 被引量:10

Antioxidant activity of macroporous resin purification of flavonoids from Pinus koraiensis pine nut film coat

摘要 以红松松仁膜衣为原料,采用醇提黄酮,并用大孔树脂纯化,对纯化前后黄酮的抗氧化作用进行测定。采用分光光度法测定其总黄酮纯度;测定红松松仁膜衣黄酮对铁离子的还原能力、DPPH·的清除能力、总氧自由基捕获抗氧化参数(TRAP值)和氧自由基清除能力(ORAC值)。结果表明,红松松仁膜衣黄酮粗提物纯度为32.60%,经HPD-600的大孔树脂纯化后,其纯度提高至69.36%。红松松仁膜衣黄酮对DPPH·的清除能力、ORAC值和TRAP值均高于BHT,黄酮纯化物对铁离子的还原能力高于BHT,黄酮纯化物对铁离子的还原能力、DPPH·的清除能力、TRAP值和ORAC值均显著高于黄酮粗提物。 Pinus koraiensis pine nut film coat as raw material,ethanol solution was extracted flavonoids,and which was purified by macroporous resin,antioxidant effects of flavonoids before and after purification were measured.The purity of flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry.The reduction ability,DPPH·removal ability,total oxygen free radical capture antioxidant parameters(TRAP value)and oxygen radical scavenging ability(ORAC value)of flavonoids of Pinus koraiensis pine nut film coat were determined.The results showed that the crude flavonoids of Pinus koraiensis pine nut film coat had a purity of 32.60%.After purification by HPD-600 macroporous resin,the purity increased to 69.36%.The scavenging ability,ORAC value and TRAP value of DPPH·were higher than that of BHT.The reducation ability of purified flavonoids to iron ions was higher than that of BHT.The reducation ability of purified flavonoids to iron ions and the scavenging ability of DPPH·both TRAP and ORAC values were significantly higher than crude flavonoids.
