陕西高职教育发展问题的思考——资源整合与实训基地建设

Consideration on Problems of Shaanxi Vocational education Development——Resources Integration and the Construction of Practice Base

分析了陕西高职高专教育现状和面临的问题,结合陕西省经济结构调整和升级对专业技术人员的需求,提出了合理设置高职高专院校布局和专业设置的建议;针对高职高专发展所遇到的具体困难,提出解决问题的关键是如何进行教育资源整合和加强实训基地的建设,并提出了相关的发展思路和途径。

This paper analyzed the present situation and problems of higher vocational college education in Shaanxi Province.In accordance with the fact that the economic structure regulation and promotion lie a bad need for special technical talents,the author puts forward some suggestions about reasonable layout of higher vocational colleges and their disciplines,points out that the most important thing is to reorganize education resources and to strengthen the construction of practice bases,and some related ideas and methods are given as well.
