对高职院校毕业生就业问题的理性思考

Rational Consideration on Higher Vocational College Graduates’ Employment

近年来,我国高校尤其是高职院校毕业生就业难的现象较普遍地存在,其原因主要是:供求关系错位、人才培养质量达不到岗位要求、就业观念与用人观念保守、就业政策不健全、宏观就业竞争的负面效应所致。解决就业难的问题既需要社会各方面的大力支持、通力协作,健全政策、做好就业服务;更需要教育部门尤其是高职院校不断深化改革,千方百计提高毕业生质量及与劳动力市场需求的吻合度;同时也需要毕业生转变就业观念、准确定位、自觉适应。

It is difficult for college graduates especially those of higher vocational colleges to find jobs.The reason mainly lies in the following factors:wrong relationship between supply and demand,low graduates’ training quality,the conservative employment concepts and policies,and the negative effect of the macroscopic employment competition.In order to solve the problem,it is necessary for the whole society to cooperate well,for the employment policies to be bettered,and for education departments especially the higher vocational colleges to deepen the reform,to greatly improve their graduates’quality to meet the needs of the labor market.At the same time,college graduates should change their ideas about employment and actively adjust to the development of society.
