主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,在前人研究的基础上,结合高校体育课改革,就大学体育休闲教育的社会、理论背景,大学体育休闲教育的内涵及其实现的基本途径作了阐述,旨在为高校体育课改革在理论创新方面提供建议。

Adopting the documentary method and the logical analysis method, the paper elaborates on the social and theoretic backgrounds, the connotation and the realization of college leisure education, on the basis of other research and college physical education class reform. The author hopes to make contribution to the theoretic creativity of the college physical education class reform.
