摘要
优化教学是教师在教学实践中应该不断探索的问题。为达到优化教学的良好效果,教师应立足于自己的教学实践,以先进的教育理念为指导,因材施教,不断提高自身的素质。
Teaching optimizing is an everlasting issue a teacher explores in his or her practice. To gain this goal, a teacher should continuously improve self-makings with the guide of advanced education theories while basing herself or himself on daily teaching by teaching students in cordance with aptitude.
